Once you have approved the quote for services and paid, we can usually have them installed within 24 to 48 hours. In the case of eviction or emergency sometimes we can even install the same day!
Absolutely! Our product comes in many standard sizes which fit almost any door or window. Custom sizes can also be ordered but just take a little longer before they are ready for installation.
No. Our product is a leased-based model only. This allows for you to sit back, relax and know your property is being shielded by professional installers with countless experience.
No. We just have to have access to the home either via a key, lockbox code or someone to let us in. Once we have access we no longer need the keys the shields become the new access to the home.
If you do not have access to the property you will need to have a licensed locksmith meet us on-site to gain access or we can provide one and bill you for the service.
Our design gives us the ability to secure every opening of a property. We highly recommend you secure all openings to reduce the chance of a break-in but of course it's the customer's perogative.
No. The installation is actually free. You pay for the shield rental. In order to protect the integreity of the product installations are completed by our highly skilled employees. This ensures that the shields are done properly and reduces the risk of an intrusion.
Just notify us that you are finshed with the shields and we will set a day and time for them to be removed. We will replace any doors we took off the hinges. We also send completion photos once done and let you know of any anamolies.
We do temporary removals. Just call our offices and make arrangements and we can have our team out to remove them. Our team can come then back at the end of the day and reinstall. Shields cannot be removed by anyone other than our employees.
Initial payments can be made by wire transfer, check or credit card. If you're an international client you will need to make arrangements for monthly payments up front. Monthly payments require a credit card or bank account on file for automatic withdrawls.
Of course! Most of our clients have property managers which handle the properties and billings for their clients. We can make arrangements with them for payments via check, credit card or ACH.
Never. Whatever your original quote states is what your reoccuring bill will stay. Whether you have the shields on for 1 additional month or 5 additional years, we never up-charge you.
If needed we can have our service team come out to the property to replace the old access information with new details. We offer this as an additional service. We are also working on technologoy which will allow the access information to be changed and controlled right from our offices.
We offer both keyless and keyed entry. Different applications require different types of entry so we do not limit our technology. If you have a preference for the type to be installed just ask!
